Roald Dahl Day

It has become traditional for our children to dress up as characters from Roald Dahl's books and we are looking forward to seeing their creative, homemade, if possible, costumes and hearing about their chosen characters  if children do not wish to dress up they can come to school wearing as many yellow items of clothing that they can find.  Yellow was Roald Dahl's favourite colour.

Children are also invited to carry out research into food included in Roald Dahl's books.  They will have the opportunity on Friday 13th September to write recipes and menus for the meals that Roald Dahl writes about and might even be able to cook some of them.
