With the warm weather children are very welcome to wear their Summer uniforms. Below is a reminder of the Governors’ Summer Uniform Policy:

• Light blue and white checked dress at an appropriate length (the striped dresses will be phased out from 2019)

• Plain, mid grey shorts / trousers

• Pale blue polo shirt

• Royal sweatshirts or cardigan with school logo

• Plain white socks with dress or grey / black with socks with shorts / trousers

• School baseball cap

• Plain navy blue or black coat

• Royal blue fleece with school logo

• Book bag with school logo (Reception to Year 5)

• Navy shorts of an appropriate length for PE (no cycling shorts)

The children should wear proper school shoes (black or navy). Boots and trainers are not part of the School Uniform. Children are not allowed to wear open-toed sandals or shoes with high heels – this is in the interest of your child’s safety.

If earrings are worn, they must be matching in both ears and be stud earrings only, with a maximum size of 5 mm.

All hair must be tied back if it is long enough using appropriate plain blue / black / grey / white hair clips or hair bands. Haircuts should be no less than a ‘grade two’ haircut. Designs / logos cut into the child’s hair along with hair dye and hair wraps are not permitted for School.
