Judaism

 The whole school enjoyed a day of workshops learning about Judaism.

They were joined by Years 4 and 5 from St Paul's during the day.  Different classes learnt about Passover & Exodus, Shabbat, the Jewish New Year and Atonement, Abraham & Moses, the Jewish New Year, the Synagogue and the Torah. 

Buddhism

Sycamore Class had the opportunity to visit the Tian Ying Buddhist Temple in Walthamstow.  The children were welcomed with open hearts and taught the value of 'loving kindness' and the quest to understand the difference between knowledge and wisdom.  The temple then organised a delicious hot meal for everyone.
